I am interested in purchasing a die cutting machine but I am not sure which one to buy. I have noticed there are several kinds, Sizzix, Cuttlebug, Ellison! Which brand of die cutting machine would work best for cutting cardstock frames?

The sizzix is excellent for cutting cardstock while others are not capable of doing so. They also have a variety of frame dies from which to choose from. Which you can find at stores like Michales, Hobby Lobby, and online (even e-bay). If you are looking for a more inexpensive, more open to your design you might try a coluzzle (carried at a variety of stores and online including ebay). I have listed the sizzix site and coluzzle page on provo crafts web page that lists their products and stores where it is sold.
I often find file extensions with RAR and I apparently don’t have it, so I can use them. What program uses this?
RAR is the native format of WinRAR archiver (like winzip). Like other archives, RAR files are data containers, they store one or several files in the compressed form. After you downloaded RAR file from Internet, you need to unpack its contents in order to use it.
Go to http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm to download WINRAR and extract the files you need.

Let’s do it step by step :
1. Download the fonts (in ZIP) you want from http://www.kevinandamanda.com/scrapbook/fonts/fontsforpeas/index2.html
2. If you have WinZip/WinRar use it to extract the font files in the ZIP files that you just download. And Save it in My Documents.
If you don’t have one, download it here http://www.winzip.com/
3. Extract the ZIP files with WinZip to My Documents.
4. Now in your My Documents there must be some TTF files (true type fonts) and some new created folders that has TTF in it.
5. Copy all the TTF files to the folder C:\Windows\Fonts\ (it’s default place to store the TTF files so it can be use by your applications).
6. Now Restart you computer. Open Microsoft Word for example.
Check whether the font is ready to used… If there are a Pea Brooke fonts, that mean you already success downloading it.
