I am assuming everyone will say the Cricut but it is very expensive, are the alternatives better value?
I have a Cricut, and though I do love it, there is a downside. The mat that you use is sticky so the paper does not shift while being cut. but, that makes the paper curl when taking off the whole sheet, and then the die cut may stick so much that you bend the sides. It takes practice, I am sure. But I would like to get the cuttlebug or sizzix. Yes, you deal with more volume and storage, but I would like the ease of it too. In the end, you should go to a local scrapbook store or retreat weekend and try them out before purchasing something, to pick the one that you like the best.
I want to find good and cool sites where I can print scrapbooking material? as shapes, layouts, stickers, backgrounds, etc… I am willing to pay for them if they’re good! So any kind of site is ok, for free or not. Thank you!!!

I need your opinion, thanks
My favourite font is "default".
I go with the classics: Helvetica, Times, Courier, New York and Geneva.
Here are plenty of templates for making a digital scrapbook, you may take a look:

The one on tv is about $250 and comes with a whole bunch of stuff and the one in stores is a lot more, over $300. Is there a difference between these two products? Is the one in stores a new version or does it do different things? I’m looking to put it on my upcoming birthday list, so if anyone knows the details, please include lots of details on what the differences are! Thanks!
I have to agree with the other person that answered this question and yes there is a difference in what you get with the tv one and the store one. The store one depending on where you get it comes with different cartridges then the one on tv. You also have to get all the accessories when you buy the one at Wal-mart and the one on tv comes with it all. i have also heard that the one you can buy at Michael’s has totally different cartridges than the other two. So if i were you i would check out all the websites and then make your decision. Its an awesome machine and i love mine.
Just wondering what people would like to see in a Scrapbooking Kit. What would make you want to buy a kit? I am just starting out. So far I am doing pretty good, but there is always room for improvement! You can see what I already have at my website:

Thanks!
I love glitter, flowers, those cutt out swirls, fancy corners the ones that looks regal, and frames in different shape and sizes.
Looking to add some jazz to my scrapbook pages but don’t want to use the typical embellishments like brads and simple stickers. Anyone have scrapbooking embellishment ideas that are unique and fun?
You should check out paper quilling for scrapbooking embellishments…you can make some really cool quilled patterns and its not all that expensive to buy the materials (although not available in most stores, so you have to get online.) Quilling is a great way to embellish your scrapbooks. If you don’t know what it is, its basically coiling thin strips of paper into fun designs like quilled flowers, animals, letters, etc. I discovered it not too long ago and I think its pretty cool and definitely a neat paper embellishment for scrapbooks; plus its pretty unique! You can check it out at http://www.LearnQuilling.com and watch the free video lesson on quilling to see what I mean. Enjoy your scrapbooking! Hope that gives you a good idea to use for your pages!

Did any of these machines go on sale last year after Christmas? I want one, and missed Wal-marts sale this year. I don’t want to deal with ebay and bidding, so that is out of the question.
Ah, you just missed the sale on Black Friday. JoAnn fabrics had them on sale and cartridges were only $29- cheapest I have seen them. I would keep checking the JoAnn/Michael’s sales between now and New Year’s eve.
want to use strawboard in sizzix die cutting machine for alphabet letters
Chipboard and strawboard are the same thing. In Australia, the term strawboard is used. In the US, the term chipboard is used.
